Where do you source your products?
All items carried at IAK Wholesale are purchased directly from the manufacturer or via a verified third-party distributor. Name brand electronics such as Vaporizers, Vape Hardware and Vape Accessories are authentic unless otherwise noted. IAK Wholesale is an importer, exclusive distributor, and partner in trade across the United States smoke shop industry.

IAK Wholesale is committed to stocking products of the highest caliber at the lowest possible price point. We believe in providing wholesalers and retailers an elite selection of inventory that impresses the end-consumer and benefits the seller. With an always expanding collection of merchandise, we offer a complete catalog of products that can stock a store in its entirety. All quality of products is guaranteed.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your purchase. You can view your invoice and order details by logging into your account and visiting the ORDERS page.
Payment
All orders are guaranteed delivery within 7 business days of placement. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days. All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.
What are my payment options?
We accept payment via check, cash, ACH payment and wire transfer. Please choose Cash / Check on Delivery or Bank Transfer when checking out. Your sales representative will communicate the order timeline accordingly. We will soon be accepting card payments with a 3% processing fee.
How are refunds / exchanges processed?
All refunds / exchanges will be processed as a credit on the customer’s account unless otherwise requested. Please speak with your Sales Representative to learn more.
