Account Eligibility

IAK Wholesale sells exclusively to verified business customers. All accounts must provide a valid business license, resale certificate, or tax ID upon registration. IAK reserves the right to approve, suspend, or revoke access at its discretion based on purchasing behavior, payment history, or policy compliance.

Ordering & Fulfillment

Orders can be placed through the online portal, by phone, via a dedicated sales representative, or in person at the warehouse. Orders are subject to product availability and are fulfilled from our Niles, Michigan warehouse.

Lead times vary depending on delivery route, order volume, and payment status. Same-week delivery is available in most serviced regions, subject to scheduling and inventory.

Pricing

Product pricing may vary depending on payment method, delivery method, and total order volume. Quotes provided by sales representatives are valid for a limited time and subject to change without notice. Pricing listed on the website reflects standard base rates and does not account for negotiated volume tiers or regional delivery adjustments.

Payment Terms

Payment is due before delivery is completed. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, ACH, and (soon) credit card. Credit card transactions may include a processing fee. Invoices and receipts are available via the online portal or by request through your assigned sales representative.

Returns & Product Issues

All sales are considered final unless otherwise approved by IAK Wholesale. Returns are generally not accepted on consumable goods, including food and beverage items, or on disposable vape products.

Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of IAK’s returns department. Issues related to damaged, missing, or misdelivered items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Refusals & Restrictions

IAK reserves the right to limit order quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to any customer not operating in accordance with applicable laws or account standards.

Customers with repeated service issues, failed payments, or policy violations may be subject to review or account closure. In some cases, restrictions may be lifted through communication with a sales representative or administrative review.

Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all products purchased from IAK are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations in their delivery area. IAK makes no guarantees regarding the legality of products once they leave our warehouse.

Policy Updates
