Access to IAK Wholesale is restricted to licensed retailers and businesses operating in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account or purchase tobacco, nicotine, vape, or other age-restricted products. By registering or purchasing, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements and hold all required business licenses and permits for your jurisdiction.

IAK Wholesale ships tobacco and nicotine products in compliance with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act. All purchasers must provide valid business documentation. We ship to 48 states where permitted — certain products may be restricted in your state. It is your responsibility to verify that products you purchase are legal for sale in your jurisdiction.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order. Confirmed orders will receive an email acknowledgment within one business day.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our Niles, MI warehouse. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Defective or incorrectly shipped products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. All return requests must be initiated by contacting your sales representative or our support team. Items must be in original, unopened condition. Age-restricted products and opened items are non-returnable.

IAK Wholesale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berrien County, Michigan. Questions: support@iakwholesale.com
